Donation Agreement

By making a donation to our private game server, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern all donations made to support the server and are binding.

  1. Voluntary Donations
    Donations to our private game server are entirely voluntary and not mandatory. You are under no obligation to donate, and all players, regardless of donation status, are treated equally in the game. No in-game items, advantages, or special privileges are provided in exchange for donations.
  2. Purpose of Donations
    Donations are used to support the server’s operational costs, including hosting, maintenance, and improvements. Your contributions help enhance the server’s stability and overall player experience. However, donating does not entitle you to any specific benefits, rewards, or influence over server operations.
  3. No Goods or Services Provided
    We do not sell any goods, services, or in-game items. Donations are purely contributions to help keep the server running. No tangible or intangible items are offered in exchange for your donation.
  4. Non-Refundable Donations
    All donations are final and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that you are providing funds voluntarily with no expectation of reimbursement. Attempting to reverse or dispute a donation (e.g., through payment processors) may result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server without warning or appeal.
  5. Prohibited Conduct
    Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the donation system, including but not limited to fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or misrepresentation, will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server. We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any suspicious activity at our sole discretion.
  6. No Warranties
    Donations do not guarantee uninterrupted server access, specific features, or resolution of technical issues. The server is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for any issues arising from your donation or use of the server.
  7. Changes to Donation Terms
    We may update these donation terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the server or making further donations constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
